Our new project is MICAIMIAH PALM BEACH ESTATE located at Peyi/Ushafa District along Dutse/Bwari expressway by Usman Dam in Abuja, Federal capital territory. Construction work has commenced. Our main partners and subscribers for this project are NTA (Nigeria Television Authority) staff union. The estate is in a serene environment and will be serviced with requisite infrastructural facilities, employing modern and up to date technology.

We are to deliver about 500 units of houses to accommodate over 650 families in this new town with well-connected internal road networks, electricity supply and water reticulation. Other services to be provided are hospital, school,   commercial building, religious areas, playing ground, and neighborhood Centre.
